What are the popular products sold by Cherry Pick?
Cherry Pick has a wide range of products to choose from. Our Dining Table collection is unique and very popular. Leather sofas are a big hit and so are our Centre and Coffee Tables.
Why don’t you have an online option to make payment on your website?
Cherry Pick has consciously not provided this option as we feel furniture should be selected on a thorough touch-and-feel mode. Our products are unique and exclusive and need to be experienced. You have other payment options like  Cheque, Credit/Debit Card or via Bank Transfer once you have made the right selection.
How long does it take to deliver the purchased product?
Cherry Pick will need one day to deliver products that are available in stock. Other delivery schedules will depend on the committed time frame the Sales Team have provided you at time of order booking.
Do I have to pay extra for deliver?
Within Bangalore limits Cherry Pick will provide free delivery. If you need delivery beyond Bangalore, then Cherry Pick will arrange for transport and you will pay the transporter directly on mutual agreed terms.
What if the product is damaged in transit?
Cherry Pick will take absolute care to ensure the product is safely packed. In case there are damages during transit then you will inform Cherry Pick immediately so that we can take corrective action or replace the product based on its availability.
Will there be an installation team accompanying the furniture?
Cherry Pick will send a team to deliver/install the furniture unless deferred by you for an alternative date. It would be your responsibility to keep the furniture safe in its packed state until the final installation.
Can I block a product for purchase on a later date?
Cherry Pick is willing to walk a mile to fulfil your desire. Blocking or Booking a product is possible with you making a appropriate advance payment and committing a date for final billing and delivery.
Is there a warranty on your products?
Cherry Pick provides warranty on all its products. The tenure/terms of warranty may differ from product to product and same will be provided by the Sales Team to you. Retaining of purchase invoice a must to claim warranty.
Can a product be returned after purchase?
Cherry Pick respects the choice of its customer, however there may be times when the reason to return is genuine. We will certainly honour such situations. The time frame for the same would be maximum of 7 days and product to be returned in the condition it was delivered.
Will I be refunded on return of purchase?
Cherry Pick will provide a store credit to you, which can be used for future purchase or for exchange to the extent of the amount available. In case of manufacturing defect or damages during transit, Cherry Pick will either rectify/replace the item free of cost. In case it is unable to do so, Cherry Pick will provide full refund. This is subject to you bringing it to our notice within the stipulated time limit.
Who do I contact for complaints and redressals?
Cherry Pick has provided a Service Help Desk option on our website with email id and contact number. You can upload the details here.
Do you have an option to customize the furniture?
Cherry Pick can customize certain Dining tables to suit your dimensions. The base however would be of prevailing designs. Certain model of sofas can also be customized for design and colour choices both in leather and fabric. Execution time may vary from product to product and will be informed by the Sales Team in coordination with our Procurement Team.
